Numerous studies have looked into the effects of singing on the human body and have concluded that as it releases endorphins and oxytocin, singing becomes a pleasurable activity, can reduce the feeling of anxiety, and can even lessen feelings of depression or loneliness.

We run three community choirs that rehearse fortnightly- in East Harling, in Kenninghall, and Attleborough, South Norfolk. 🇬🇧
